The Mercer Island Thrift Shop offers several services to the Mercer Island community, such as recycling used goods, job training and providing a sense of community and contribution for over 50 volunteers. Proceeds for sales at the Thrift Shop are a source of funding for MIYFS.

Monday through Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Special hours for the holidays are:

December 24th, 31st and January 1st; we are open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
We are closed on December 25th for the Christmas holiday.

• Turn right onto 77th Ave SE at top of exit ramp
• Continue on 77th for approximately 4 blocks
• Follow automatic left onto SE 32nd St
• Go 1 block
• Take right onto 78th Ave SE
• Go one long block past Mercerdale Park
• Turn right onto SE 34th St
• The Thrift Shop is on the corner of SE 34th St and 78th Ave SE

Driving from Bellevue:

• Go westbound on I-90
• Take exit #7 (the street is Island Crest Way)
• At the top of exit ramp continue straight on N. Mercer Way
• Turn left onto 80th Ave Se
• Follow 80th Ave SE for 4 blocks
• Follow automatic right onto SE 32nd St
• Turn left onto 78th Ave SE
• Go one long block past Mercerdale Park
• Turn right onto SE 34th St
